Probably a marketing decision to get <b>SEX</b> into the title for our market. Judge a book by its cover etc. Perhaps "One Track Mind" isn't seen as direct enough for Americans. Personally, I prefer the British cover and title, but I ordered from the main Amazon site for speedy delivery. Amazon has sent an email telling me that my copy of the sequel is in the mail. I think the book's a good introduction into the mind of Abby/Zoe, but I wish more of the stuff she wrote about feminism/female sexuality/double standards had made it in there because I really like her take on feminism- it's honest, it's well thought-out and puts the blame on society's attitudes rather than on men. I think a lot of people would've benefited from reading that. I really don't like the title 'Diary of a Sex Fiend', though. It sort of implies that there's a 'freakshow' element to the story a girl who likes sex.
